Brewer's yeast is ground into a powder and used in a variety of foods. brewer's yeast is an inactive yeast that has no fermenting power that baker`s yeast has . Brewer's yeast is easy to digest and can be a  rich source of vitamins and some essential amino acids and minerals.

some foods contain Brewer's yeast like Vegemite and Marmite, they are food spreads made from that yeast.  you spread them on some crackers or toasts. finding brewer's yeast is more common in its powdery form.

you can use the powder of  brewer's yeast sprinkled on some hot and cold cereals. You can add Brewer's yeast to a sauce or soup or add it to some morning smoothie.

If you are trying to insert brewer yeast to your food diet, you should start with 1/4 teaspoon then double this amount every 2 days until your daily intake of  Brewer's yeast reaches 1 to 3 tablespoons.
